Back to cookery school today! 9 in class with same teachers as previously. Menu today was Pandanus Chicken (marinated chicken steamed in a leaf with a dipping sauce),
Papaya Salad (paw paw to most of us),
Fried Prawns in Tamarind Sauce,Roasted Duck in Red Curry.
(Should be quite a birthday meal for you Nic)
Big traffic jams we were told, so we got the driver to drop us at a sky train station and we have stopped of at the internet cafe to catch up with our blogging before we go and lie by the pool and have an early night (maybe!)
