St Nicholas
Hi all
We are celebrating St Nicholas on Sunday 3rd December.
I hope we can all make this. Sorry Hans you are in New York, but i'm sure you will celebrate well with Sian & Rene. We will have to find someone else to tell us the St Nicholas story.
It would be great if people could comment on this blog with ideas for gifts, to help Secret Santa. (£10)
Love Nicola

My sinterklaas wish is English tea bags, decaf and regular, like Twinings, Typhoo, or other. I also like cd's with love songs for the mature audience. These can be cd's you make yourself with hits from the past. I like duets.
Dank U , Sinterklaasje.
I have found another, perhaps better St. Nicholas gift. Cyril Cook, an old friend of my father-in-law and of Poppie Perk has written a series of books about a family during the WWII. Here is the website to order, probably an online book that will be printed as needed. I would like part I. the Series is The Chandlers.
Thanks. Rose

Here are some ideas:
Toiletry Bag
Mascara (black)
Books (fiction e.g top 20 in Tesco)
If I think of anything else I will blog again
It would be nice to get a book for me to read on my journey to work, get it from Tesco ... always cheaper than most places! Maybe some nice nail polish or cheap costume jewellery. I don't mind as there is nothing I particularly need.
Apparently Sean, thats the big good looking one.....would like St Nic to get his hands on either the new Jamiroquai - High Times: Singles 1992 - 2006 CD available at HMV

or maybe the movie that made it for Val Kilmer, or at least I think so....Top Secret (also available at HMV on DVD)

although, even a gift voucher from HMV will do just fine though thanks....
Ciao for now brown cow.
Things I would like:
The latest in the No 1 Ladies detective agency series by Alexander McCaul Smith. Don't know the name but think it's the 7th in the series.
Bubble bath or shower gel.
Bath pillow.
Boots nail varnish that changes colour for evening when you put on special top coat.
Handbag sized notebook.
Scarf.
Puzzle book that includes Sudoku.
A surprise.
